Empowher NY is a collaborative platform founded by Ingrid Silva, created to share stories and give a voice to women who are determined to achieve their goals, despite any challenges they face. The idea of the project is to create a safe environment for all women to discuss their difficulties and achievements without judgement.

Danielle is the Creator, Executive Producer, and Host of Sex Ed with DB - a feminist podcast bringing you all the sex ed you never got centering LGBTQ+ and BIPOC experts. Anahita (Anna) is a social entrepreneur, and the founder of Hear Her Stories and DiWo. Having lived in four different countries, Anahita has experienced firsthand the systemic and structural barriers faced by women of color. These experiences led Anna to create Hear Her Stories, a platform that amplifies women’s voices and celebrates their achievements as a way to support and inspire the next generation of diverse women.
